THE FAB WAY: How to Built A $600 Million Company In Less Than 2 Years

How do you create massive impact in a short time? Jason Goldberg and Bradford Shellhammer transformed Fab.com from a failing social network into an innovative social commerce site in under two years, reaching 10 million users.

This Business Insider story highlights how they got to this massive impact.

I especially liked the 32 slider found here

I have just read Great by Choice (Jim Collins) and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Patrick Lencioni).

My tip: review this FAB approach if you look for practical translation of many lessons found in these books. I took with me the emphasis FAB places on exactly defining what FAB’s (culture) is en what it is not. Enabling a strong company culture enables a rapid growth and decentralised high page decision making.
